From the observation car we spotted raptors, assorted ducks, Grebes, Grouse, Ring-necked Pheasant, Magpies, Fisher, Elk, White-tailed Deer, Pronghorn, and Red Fox. That's Keith in the right hand corner of the observation car with Michael, Jim and Louise in the foreground. At the end of the day that we left Minot, North Dakota we climbed out of the Great Plains into the rugged snow-capped mountains along the edge of Montana's Glacier National Park.
